The production line can carry a wide variety of tools and formulations specifically designed for your product and application.
Robotic technology also allows the production of foam pads of multiple densities and hardness levels with maximum accuracy.

For further customisation, Joyce performs component impregnation which allows for various components to be moulded into a foam pad.
Frames and composite fibres can be used for reinforcement, wires and clips for specialised upholstery, and sensors and motors to add more sophisticated functionality.
